These are [Gleevec] patents #7544799 and #6894051, beta crystal form… expiring in 2019. I think Sun Pharma attacked those patents and they got a tentative approval for generic Gleevec from the FDA.

To be clear: Sun’s tentative FDA approval for generic Gleevec becomes a final FDA approval on the expiration of Gleevec’s CoM patent in 2015, which will allow Sun to launch its generic unless NVS obtains an injunction.
