35% seems to be the standard the jury is using to calculate the "SUM OF MONEY" III. c. part of the form for each defendant, but when you get to google, its only 3.5%, which would suggest to me the person writing the numbers down on the paper, made a mistake and rounded to the TEN MILLION dollar range instead of the HUNDRED MILLION dollar range which it should have been
Look at this number and round up ----> 157916816.05 it's very easy to mistake it for $15,800,000 Rounding Up when in fact it's $158,000,000
Then you realize how easy it is to think its on in the TEN MILLION dollar range. Simple rounding up error if you ask me.
You can also see a typography error as well with $98,833.00 written on the wrong line, then crossed out and initialed by the foreperson.
