well thats what happens, people sell on the way up which puts more on the ask which makes the price not move. Unless someone has millions of shares to sell there can't be much left especially if theres a gap from .039 to .1013 on the L2. I've seen low floaters jump by .03-.08 when the float gets eaten through and low selling.
