According to the PR the paperwork has been filed. Since the NY DOS can only confirm whether it has been accepted or rejected and NOT whether it has even been filed, the only confirmation that a) it actually has been filed and b) it has been accepted by the DOS in NY is a change from ACTIVE to INACTIVE on the NY DOS website. To date, Action Products International, registered in NY and the entity which is to merge with Core Wafer Systems is still ACTIVE.
Maybe that will change. Maybe it won't. And that is why this remains an ongoing issue.
