Exactly, I mean I just talked to a friend of mine that works at Union Pacific and he said they are going to be hiring 180 people in the next year. He said for every 20 Jobs they post they get close to 800 Resume's turned in. So people are trying to get jobs but there are way too many people looking vs how many jobs available.
