Snow

There is no "fallacy in the logic" to look at estimates and forward looking numbers. Every single traded stock estimates future eatnings and every single investor should consider these estimates to some degree in their investment decisions. I do not questions Scott's integrity or legitamacy, I have personnally put those issues to rest within my portfolio but I accept that some people are still grappling with them. I do not have absolute confidence that the people that owned sunburst or the other lots kept impeccable accounting records. In fact, I belief this to be one of the reasons it has taken so long to get the accounting inline with the GAAP. I wouldn't be surprised if some used car dealers hold their money and receipts in a shoe box underneith the coffee pot.

Regardless, here is my point about past numbers. What we heard from Scott was his best estimates looking forward and his best analysis of each quarter as it ended. I anticipate some minor course corrections and changes in future accounting procedures to make sure the company keeps its books the way it is supposed to. Any of you that have gone through an audit know what I am talking about and it is not "non-standard". Regardless of what happened in the past (and their books might just be perfect???) we know that once the audited financials are out, from this point forward the numbers that are put out by Miller will absolutely conform to the industry standards. This is what I am looking forward to and on that day any remaining uncertainty with regards to the company going forward will be gone.

You know what I am most interested in - it is not the past numbers and it is not the past 2006 estimates. I want to hear what the estimates for next quarter and 2006 are AFTER are books are audited and we are fully reporting. What is Scott going to say "looking forward" following audite release. These are the numbers that will disclose our growth and these are the numbers that an INVESTOR can use to put a value on this company. I will be buying or selling that day.
