Does anyone know if NVS has initiated any actions to improve their intellectual patent protection on Gleevec?
If NVS has a real chance to get a patent extension everyone would have to rethink pona's potential earnings.

I'm wondering if Harvey had good reason to bring up the possibility. I don't think it's a good idea to throw out unsubstantiated speculation on what NVS might do.
