Happy, it may just be wishful thinking on my part,

but it happens,

I guess it is also a way of getting shareholders
to the new company, and it's normally based on how
many shares you own,

not starting a rumor, just asking if anyone knows,
a few people here seem to know a lot morethan the rest
of us, assuming they are spot on or not,
