Capnmike is a Cdex shareholder, as this board is aware of, and the post that keep appearing on this board, continue to call Cdex a scam, they call the CEO and other employee's there scamsters.

Other post, continually berate the companies products with very misleading statements.

Cdex has great leadership and has for over two years, and it gets a little nerve racking with all the misleading post that keep appearing.

Regarding the patents, all are up to date. All annual fees have been brought current, including the Valimed patent.

I am sure, all are aware that even when the patent office approves an application for a person or company, the actual issuing of the patent can take up to a few month's. The patent office is not the quickest turtle in the patent issuing department.
