that is not what he said. IR says it is being worked on by attorneys. I bet we get update today - this week. They know about the miscalc obviously and want-need it fixed asap.

Nothing seems to be happening, so this just adds to the confusion.
So I dont' think the price will settle down until we get some clarity!
