MMs can borrow shares if they are not locked in.. this is verified to us from a retire market maker.. shareholders holding and buying today must call in high sell orders immediatly if they want a firce run

all our shares are locked in over 1.00

we are buying 500,000 more today and as soon as they fill we will lock those in immediatly
