SBCO's Management of the BDC:

The companies under the BDC are private companies. SBCO will retain an interest in each of these private companies. The percentage of interest is anywhere from 5% - 20%. In return, SBCO will provide them with expertise/ consulting in any area needed. For example: financial, marketing, media/pr, the raising of capital, etc. This allows the private companies to get the services needed to excel without having to contract out several different services at a very high cost.
