Why are they hiding the details of the deal?

"Hanging chad" Oh my How short are those shorts?? This is an INCREDIBLE partnership with a CREDIBLE partner.

What does TNIB get from this partnership? Royalties? Upfront payment? Consulting fees? Travel expenses? An order of beef chow mein? The ability to put out a PR and pump the stock?

When a penny stock with no cash and a CEO with a shady history hides critical details of an "INCREDIBLE partnership", it is a good sign there are things they don't want bagholders to see.
