I'm sorry, I don't see that. I didn't hear anyone getting arrested for the recent Palestinian civilian deaths. Have you? I looked and I can find no recent news that says Israel has jailed anyone from the IDF over the deaths of innocent civilians.

As far as I know, any Palestinian who killed innocent civilians is already dead.
As I pointed out, we, the U.S., killed 90% civilians during Vietnam. Did we commit a war crime? If yes, did I miss the trial?
