no that litigation KING was sued for oil spill relating to the Katrina Hurricane nothing came from it.

Financials filed during the Cressent Energy merger showed no assets.

Or that might have been the fight between Belmont Partners and Min@mar where Min@mar tried to back out of the shell purchase but was forced in court to pay about 200k for KING via the preferred shares
