There are so maaaaany adjectives that are applicable..in over his head....incapable....inept....misfit...the list is long and those descriptions...they are earned. When you can't in 7 years and millions of dollars later, can't bring this company with whats claimed to be the best stain remover available and can't even get a break even qtr...achieve sustainable revenues and run out of cash...that on every level gets the CEO a descriptive level of quality for his leadership, execution and cash management. He has failed his shareholders...PROOF = Financials , charts and PPS, and I remind all supporters....thats with the "finest product ever"! LOL. If you have the finest product ever....then who's fault is it that the company is in the mess they are in? a faulty end cap? msg board posters, isle demo maidens, the you tube sing-a-long songs, fax machine breakdown and orders couldn't get through???? The fault lies with the guy whos office door and business card that says CEO.

If the CEO backers don't like the descriptions discussed then its the charge of the CEO and his responsibilities to change the sentiment by being held to execution standards of accomplishments instead of allowing the bar to be lowered so he is given an area to slip under. Expectations need to be raised and he needs react with a far better plan than he has now..unfortunately it will have to be done with a new group of shareholders. IMO.
