Lol!!! It's a pretty generic, basic PR announcing two similar events that are common- "share buy back program".

And yea, they are similar (not exact word for word as claimed) bc yes, why not use similar format from previous PR that's already on file?

Despite SORD which way in the past and SMID being way gone, current SRGE still has all those PR's and files on file.

It's interesting you brought this up bc when I read a lot of these PR's in similar industries (not just mining) lot of them sound alike as if there's a format out there for companies to use.

But especially in mining- it's going to be similar wording and terminology.

But, regardless- Smid has been gone and these connections are not connections as claimed. I can make any two things look like connected if wanted to. Anybody could.
