Chances are the SEC will not hault PEWI"D" any time soon but there will most likely be many traders that will not be able to sell their shares on Monday due to the 3-1 split.

Scary situation if the price free falls and you can not sell your shares. Many brokers are slow at converting the old symbol to the new symbol in their customer's accounts.
