Ok ,thats good to know, because of how this thing was mismanaged and run into the ground, and also not knowing all of the liabilities, obligations, lawsuits etc, and also considering the share structure is a disaster here this would be a hell of a project.
You would need to clean up the share structure and remove all liability and debt, basically start all over....how much would that cost?? and how much time?? who knows....
