Name change is not an overnight process. These guys have bigger fish to fry. Remaining a subsidiary to a holding company or changing name means absolutely nothing here. This company is involved with international governments. Google search William Clinton Foundation or Clinton Bush Haiti Foundation. The type of contract that RVPL has with Africa is HUGE. You will not see any project like this fly by night. The fact that there is an inexpensive product that they manufacture that does what it says it will and the United Nations or some Green fund is covering the tab for Nigeria to pay RVPL is the only thing that matters here, not a company name change. Sounds like to me that the company my need to change their address to keep those shipments going out to Africa. Not sure how logistics was affected in Jersey City where they're located but I know that Fedex and UPS are having a hell of a time getting simple overnight mail delivered.
