You haven't done very much DD on WRIT, have you, rexie2k. Look at the bios of the officers of WRIT/FR. Do an indepth background check on them. Maybe you will change your mind about who they can attract. You will know very shortly who they are attracting. It"s the WOW factor, and I am sure you will be saying it.
