I dont know.. But I do know if someone owns a large enough position they have a say in the company so anything may happen but at a price.

What kind of properties and how much money are you talking about?? this may not be the best shell to use for something like that right now, I have to assume this thing is a disgusting mess behind the scenes, cant imagine how much time and money it would take to clean this up and get it going again....

There are a bunch of shells out there though....
