I've done quite a bit of research on this company and management team, here's some fact for you to "hope" they can fix.

Pending action by the Securities Exchange Commission for failure to respond to their demands.

Failure to pay fines to the US Department of Transportation.

Suspension by the FAA of airline license. (this is not a problem with a plane, this is a problem with the airline).

Liens and Judgements on Twin Air/Avstar by the State of Florida Department of Taxation.

Liens and Jusgements on Twin Air/Avstar by the State of Florida Department of Corporations.

Pending litigation in Florida Circuit Court brought by a former employee.

Failure to pay their former auditor.

Eviction from their former operations base.

Paying lease on about 7 planes now, not being used.

ZERO Revenue or Income.

Thats just a start..........which one starts to give you "HOPE"?
