No flaw in the logic, unless you believe a mafia foot soldier really operates independently of the Head of the Family.

Like I say, it's all about plausible deniability, but we all really know who's actually behind these "pictures" from "boots on the ground" over the years that have suggested profitable activity, but have been proven time and time again by the actual results to be completely false.

Once you acknowledge that JBII is a share selling operation, and that fairies didn't really visit Bordynuik and give him the formula to a magic secret P2O catalyst, the rest falls into place.

Every time JBI needs to do another PIPE, ambiguously interpretable photos magically arise, and are distributed to the public such a way so their origin can't be tied back to the company itself.

Either it's just a very unlikely coincidence, or it's exactly what it looks like.
