It will be interesting to see what happens. Technically a lump sum would go to book value, but running royalties would dictate a P/E multiple. Even just $100MM per year, with a 20 P/E gives the stock a $2 Billion market cap, $20 per share, pretty nice. Let's hope the judge makes the right call, I don't trust the guy anymore, seems like he wants to have the final say on this case, his last case ever, even if it's not according to law.
