Can you imagine, 80 mil at a .00035 average($28,000). Currently trading at .0001, or $8,000. Soon to be RS'd to 160,000 shares. It will open around .05, but will very quickly fall to .01-.02, or a value of around $1500-$2000.
No one takes those kinds of losses, and then holds long through an RS. I don't believe any retail traders hold that many shares.
