The form T trades are likely from dilution... TECO wants to sell shares (because that is what they do) but they want to keep the share price as high as possible. So they execute them intraday as Form T trades so that their selling (dilution) is hidden & doesn't spark more selling... This is a good strategy if you want to sell a lot of shares without depressing the share price - which is what TECO Management specializes in...
