#7160 RE: ruffnekmafia #7159

Remember, that's what I was saying all along but was ridiculed for it, a lot by you too. Keep in mind, due to the "cross over relationships" (shareholder/Opus member/Officer/Director) between certain key (CEO's, COB's, Prezes, CFO, money raiser) Officer/Directors and Insiders (Beerooze), it created a massive conflict of self Interests, which in turn caused protracted massive infractions of primary fiduciary duties to shareholders. I felt that way early on!

My hope is the SEC methodically and systematically uncovers all those self interest conflicts, self enrichments at the expense of shareholders, fiduciary duty breaches and fines/jails each one of them. In my opinion only, those nefarious ways started when Beerooze came aboard in 1995 when he began started his sometimes secretive relationship (under the table mordida by CEO?) with TIV whereby he became very very wealthy by bringing in over $100 million from unsuspecting investors to buy TIV stock, invest in pre-Opus wells (or dry holes) and then pour in $100 million for the uneconomic Opus fund, with unrealistic promises of outstanding wealth.

How much did you lose on this?

Of course these are my humble opinions with no facts asserted. LOL
