Some are saying in print GSE pfd are headed for 20% of face. What think you? Some here would be getting out around 9%, which is a little less than double from here, I'm told. Is it time for the 20% level? Seems a catalyst would be necessary to run to that level - like a monster earnings report?, Or high level talks on ending C-ship.

Once I was in I would want traders to know. Buffett and others do this all the time - let's it be known they are buying ABC co. after they are already in.
