Last NOBLE report stated they wanted to convert the Bibiani North PL into a mining lease in 2013....this recent Oct 31, 2012 report says 'by the end of the Calendar Year'.

What % does Noble have and what % does Gobal Gold / Kat Gold Holdings have? Anyone know ?
