Clearly a class action is a waste of time as there are no assets. Jeff lived large off shareholders for many years. The one hope left that is if he's deemed to have enticed investors to buy with his lying PRs he may VERY WELL be charged with fraud and serve time. We have seen this happen many times with other sleazy CEOs who thought they were above the system.
