You must have missed that this tech is 15 years old and nobody has been able to commercialize it. Penny stocks using old tech that is hyped as amazing are pretty much always scams. Especially when the tech is passed from penny stock to penny stock. It is one of the most common games played to con folks.
Anyone familiar with penny stock scams could tag this one as dirty with their eyes closed as it is so obvious.
