Etrade has had that problem now for two days on the penny stocks.

fortunefaded, you are correct. Yesterday the power was still out on the OTCBB exchange (Pennies) which did not allow for electronic trading. The result was many venues such as Etrade and others to have no volume showing or any pps gain/loss. Today it got better as ET began showing both volume and the daily pps midday.

Hopefully tomorrow all things will be back to normal.
