RIGH owes Dwyer money(probably peronally also), so IMHO Angel and Dwyer are working together to take as much off the table as possible. I don't see a real company here.
Because they haven't done anything until getting current - Nick stated in the past 10 days that he stood ready to provide any assistance to BudGenius that he could, AKA he's on the "Scientific advisory board", and is used when needed.
