Nothing seemed to bump him either. Every time we hit .137 it was brief and then TEJS showed back up at .136 for 1 or 100. Very weird. I looked up the company, Tejas Securities, and haven't seem them before on the L2. They are a pinky themselves actually, trading around .51.
