Not sure I understand the amount of volume that went through after 15:46:22 at ask of .136. At that time it just kicked over from .136 to .137 and then an inside trade (according to scottrade) sent it back to .136. It never pushed past .126 after that. You sent the word on the 100 shares and I put in two trades at 100 shares for .136(ask)
