I agree .. believe it or not .. . we've had floods here ... and we saw what happened ...it's just like regular insurance .. .they always find a way ... where 'that' particular thing is not covered, from 'that' cause ... ... . it's ridiculous .. I think that was the purpose of that article .... they did want to know the experiences that the people were having .. I need to go back and see if there were any comments ...

I agree with your basic point concerning Insurance companies, but in the aftermath of Hurrican Ike, which most of you probably never heard of, the Allstate adjuster was very prompt, fair, and a nice guy. He did all that he could for me within the rules (Allstate's rules of course) and even found some things to help me which I didn't even claim originally... and he cut me a check on the spot. I was happy with Allstate's service.

ps: I hope his bosses aren't reading this thread, LOL!
