that seller, company financiers & insiders have dumped well over 1.4 Billion shares in the last 5 months hence the need to pay for "ask wipe out" promoters & chartist in an effort to find those dips to sell into as their paid for touters shout the opposite...hence their compensation for touting to buy the dips ;-)
