At what point does a stock become unrestricted? Please answer and list the facts..

Well I agree to a certain extent. We know a company can't grow overnight so def the promo is keeping this up and soon it will go back down. But having said that- until his stock becomes unrestricted, he cannot sell it because it is non-transferable and unable to BE SOLD. Only when it becomes unrestricted can he do that. And none of us have the inside knowledge of when that is. But- by law stock can't become unrestricted until 6 months after purchase. He purchased 6/15/2012. So 6 months from that is 12/15/2012. So how can he dump before that? He can't. But as long as the company has seen no real revenue yet, APS can pull their support and will, as always, and then it will dump. However, when it does, I'm still going to keep an eye on this company and buy back in when shares are down to pennies because in the long run, I do see this company becoming something. Just not overnight.
