Who says he isn't?? By the way, no one can file those fins in 10 days time, thats not what the suspension period was for. As long as he i complying and provide the documents the SEC requests he is being compliant and it doesn't matter if this takes 4 weeks or 4 months, as long as he is cooperating thats OK with the SEC! Give them a call and ask!!
