Based on the stocks volume, it appears to have started "public awareness" on Oct. 19. However the stock started taking shape on Sept-19. My best guess is that Sep-19 is when the promoters got in.
In the promotion email that went out, it only said that he was getting us in at the start. He also said, and quote
"I have reason to believe one of the internet's biggest newsletters (AwesomePennySto,cks) could be about to shine a light on Titan Iron Ore!"
But he did not say when that would happen.
