If they can't get the share price above one dollar for ten consecutive days in the next year, they could get delisted. This, in my opinion was the main reason for the reverse split a few years ago.
Now, let me make this perfectly clear.... I do not have a time frame for this and I do not think it will happen! If I did, I would be completely out.
