That's not a "certain person", it's Clayton Smith, Peter J. Matousek's old penny stock promotion buddy!  "An agreement was written"?  Well, why on earth is it a secret?  Clayton Smith was never "on the hook" for anything, let alone for a quarter of a million dollars.

Just by the way, why do you assume he now has no shares?  That secret agreement wouldn't lead one to that conclusion, would it?
