There are no proven reserves, speculative or factual! If so, I am sure they would have issued a PR or provided a report on their website.
And running a process plant will not prove out reserves - it takes systematic testing, by an outside, third-party expert.
Large producer to buy them out? I don't think so. There is a reason that legitimate mining companies have not gotten involved in placer mining in Arizona. Ain't much here, and what is here, is more suited for a hobbyist on a weekend with a backhoe and small recovery setup.
