It was announced awhile back though. They still have margin problems however which they claim they are going to fix. I think they are a bit loose in their company controls but if they get those together they could put up big numbers.
One other comment
If you look at their 10K you will notice one of their strongest areas was sport fishing boats with growth of 40%.
Seems to me there is another little company (ahem JMIH) in that precise product category.
