The CFO already said last Q that they did not need cash right now. They have enough cash to get them through when their LTE products start to move. She stated they filed the shares incase their LTE products really starting to ramp they would be able to keep up with demand. So if they did dilute IMO it would be for a very good reason. I am not worried about it right now to be honest. They have plenty of cash to get them through the next year and by 2nd Q of next year they really expect their LTE products to really start to ramp in a major way.
