There is also a lot of misinformation regarding PCFG being distributed to shake shares so they can be purchased for cheap. This also affects the PCFG PPS.
Well this all stemmed from my statement with the Markets closed today and tomorrow if not Wednesday will leave the traders that short sold PCFG shares last week trying to figure out a way to cover those shares because by Close of Business all shares have to be accounted for so that PCFG can issue the dividend shares. Short sold shares have to all be coverd by COB November 1. If they don't cover the ones who bought those shares that do not get the full amount of dividend shares they were suppose to be entitled to will be screaming at their broker and it will be investigated. I would not want to be the the short seller who failed to cover those shares by COB on November 1st. The 3 day rule because of the storm pretty much flies out the window unless PCFG agrees to move the November 1st date back to November 2rd or Nov 5th.
