I honestly don't think they renegged, I think they just screwed up royally. They actually have the product in some Walgreens. I think they just completely screwed the press release by expecting immediate approval by Walgreens.
It is funny, that they biggest/best thing this company has ever done and they managed to mess it up.
Regardless of making the announcement about Walgreens stocking the product etc. doing the right thing was never a priority with Yaacov. But do you really think it would make any difference in anything at this point?
