Not worried in the slightest- they have extended that deadline multilple times already and would not be surprized to see that again. Very complex and sensitive with respect to all the countries getting compliant- not an easy task.
Ask yourself this- have you seen any other competitors announcing contracts with carriers?
it doesn't matter if the deadline passes, the law will be in effect and freight companies will have to be in compliance or face sanctions, limits to their business, or fines.
