Just spoke to Shameze Rampertab and he informed me that it will get re-scheduled due to the storm. Since other people are set to open it up before IPCI then they will have to wait 4-6 weeks before they can ring the bell. None the less the NASDAQ might allow them to be bumped up earlier but for now it's better that they do ring in later November as the mess with Hurricane Sandy will be cleaned up and the presidential election will be over with as well and everyone will have a clearer direction to vote. All in all I think this actually turned out better for IPCI.
